Special Thermal Protection Casing
The specially formulated PP casing material is heat and flame resistant. It is used to effectively block ambient heat while preventing heat-related malfunctions, such as thermal runaway. This proprietary high-rigidity casing material has a thermal deflection rating of 140℃.
MaxPressTM Grid Technology
A special, patented grid compression technology that increases the density of lead in the grids. This way, the density is typically 400% greater. This grid technology allows Newmax SG batteries to survive even the most demanding deep discharge and PSoC applications.
ThixoPure TM GEL Technology
The application of this specific technology to the battery’s electrolyte increases cycle life by preventing plate stratification. Additionally, it offers extra protection against heat and cold.
lexSealing TM Anti Explosion Filter Patent
The battery cell caps are simultaneously sealed using specially designed O-ring filters to prevent leaks and gas emissions.
Active Carbon TM
Each NEWMAX battery features a proprietary active carbon additive in the active material for both positive and negative plates.
