Environmental Policy and Occupational Health and Safety Policy

The company NanoDomi has, as its main policy, to operate in a way that respects the environment and the health & safety of employees, preventing and reducing the impacts that its activities have on the environment and minimizing risks to the health & safety of employees, partners, and visitors.

Specifically, it is committed to:

  • prevent environmental pollution from its activities
  • complies with all legal and other requirements related to its activities concerning environmental protection and occupational health & safety, and regularly assesses the degree of its compliance.
  • establishes objectives and targets, as well as programs, which it systematically reviews, seeking the continuous and further improvement of the company’s performance in environmental matters and in occupational health & safety issues,
  • use natural resources (raw materials and energy) in the most efficient and technically feasible way,
  • cooperates with national and local authorities responsible for environmental protection and occupational health & safety,
  • provides the appropriate means for the implementation of the best available techniques, to the extent that this is feasible,
  • ensures that personnel are aware of their responsibilities in accordance with the documented Environmental Management System and Occupational Health & Safety Management System, as well as being aware of environmental protection and occupational health & safety issues.
  • seeks continuous environmental compliance as well as improvement.
  • provides all necessary means for the assessment of occupational risks arising during the execution of work activities.
  • seeks continuous improvement in the management and performance of Occupational Health and Safety through the development, implementation, and review of Action Programs to achieve specific objectives and targets for Occupational Health and Safety.
  • takes the necessary measures for the protection and prevention of occupational accidents and occupational diseases.
  • communicates its policy to employees, business partners, and other interested parties.

The company’s Policy is achieved through the implementation of an Environmental Management System and an Occupational Health & Safety Management System, which meet the requirements of the ISO 14001 and ISO 45001:2018 standards.

The framework and mechanism for setting and reviewing objectives and targets are established in the regular Management Reviews of the System by Management.
