Workplace Bullying and Harassment Policy
NanoDomi’s core policy is to operate in a way that protects its employees from becoming victims of workplace bullying by preventing and reducing the likelihood of such phenomena, while promoting a resilient corporate culture, able to withstand internal pressures, with reciprocity at its core.
Specifically, it is committed to:
- It promotes mutual understanding among its employees and respect for individual differences.
- It complies with all its relevant activities as well as with legal and other requirements concerning the protection of employees in the workplace, and it regularly assesses the degree of its compliance.
- It defines objectives, goals, and programs which it systematically reviews, aiming at the continuous improvement of the company’s performance in matters related to workplace bullying.
- It uses internal mechanisms for the timely management and elimination of conflict situations.
- It cooperates with national and local authorities/NGOs responsible for protecting employees from workplace harassment.
- It is committed to creating a safe working environment based on mutual respect and trust.
- It ensures that staff are aware of the actions they must take in the event of experiencing a potentially unsafe incident involving workplace harassment, and that they have received proper guidance so they are able to identify situations that may involve elements of workplace bullying.
- It aims at the continuous improvement of the system through the development, implementation, and review of action programs to achieve specific aims and objectives.
- It supports the continuous training of staff and management in adopting a common code of ethics in relation to incidents of workplace harassment.
- It communicates its policy to employees, partners, and other stakeholders.
The Company’s policy is implemented through the application of a Workplace Bullying Management System, which complies with the requirements of Law 4808:2021.
The framework and mechanism for defining and reviewing objectives and targets are established during the regular Management System reviews by the Management and the Workplace Bullying Management System Officer.
