The MIDEA M-Thermal heat pump is an integrated system for space heating and cooling, as well as domestic hot water production. The system can fully replace traditional gas or oil boilers, but can also operate in conjunction with them.
DC Inverter Technology
Conventional heat pump compressors operate at full load even when only partial load is required, resulting in energy waste. Midea’s M-Thermal products utilize DC inverter technology, which allows for the use of only the necessary power corresponding to the actual load. Consequently, power is consumed only based on actual energy demand.
High Energy Efficiency
The advanced inverter system with a DC motor forms a fully DC frequency conversion system, dramatically reducing power consumption by more than 30%.
Stable Water Temperature Level, Greater Comfort
Thanks to DC inverter technology, the compressor’s rotation speed is fully controlled according to energy requirements.
Fast Start-up
The inverter system delivers power according to energy demand by adjusting the rotary motor’s frequency, thus enabling comfort conditions to be achieved in less time compared to a non-inverter system. Start-up time is reduced.
Less Frequent Start-ups
Inverter technology ensures fewer start/stop cycles. This significantly increases compressor lifespan and reduces sharp noise.
Quiet Operation
For most of its operating time, the energy required in a building is less than the peak load; consequently, the system operates under partial load most of the time. The partial load conditions achieved thanks to the adjustable compressor frequency produce low noise levels, resulting in quiet operation.
Flexible Operation and Greater Comfort
Weather-dependent operation with climate correlation ensures absolute comfort. There are 32 climate correlation curves available for selection. Depending on the chosen curve, the unit automatically adjusts the water outlet temperature according to the outdoor ambient temperature.
