Shipping Methods

A. For Athens
Most products are shipped the next working day using our own means, after telephone arrangement, or via a cooperating courier company. For purchases of any products up to 5 kg, the cost is €2.5, and for each additional kilogram +€1. If the parcel is sent cash on delivery, there is an additional charge of €3.

Deliveries are made on working days between 09:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m. Before delivery, an appointment is scheduled by telephone at a specific time that suits both the NanoDomi dispatch department (according to the day’s route schedule) and the customer’s preference.

You can also collect your orders from our store without any shipping charges. In this case, you must first ensure that your order is ready for delivery by checking in the “Customer Account” report under “Order Status” that it is at the ‘Order Invoicing’ stage, and by having indicated during order submission ‘Pick up from store’ in the “Customer Notes” field. B. For the rest of Greece
There are 2 shipping methods:
By courier (1–2 working days) or by transport agency (1–2 working days with collection from the agency’s premises). The shipping cost is borne by the recipient.

ATTENTION!: Parcels with large volume and low weight are subject to volumetric charging, with a corresponding fee.
For heavy items you wish to have shipped, it is more economical to use a transport agency.
Cash on delivery is not accepted.
The total order amount must be deposited into our bank account in one of the partner banks.
