The Tigo TS4-A-O improves energy efficiency by upgrading low-performing photovoltaic systems or adding smart features to new installations. It is a cost-effective solution for reducing shading issues, increasing the output of solar PV systems and improving return on investment.
It provides module-level monitoring and optimization of PV system performance. In addition, the fast shutdown function (Tigo PV-Off) enhances safety by allowing manual or automatic disconnection of modules under certain conditions (e.g. AC grid loss).
The device offers benefits such as reduced weight, easy installation, and improved safety. It also enables remote monitoring of energy production and system management via Android or iOS mobile devices. It supports PV modules up to 700 W.
Photovoltaic module arrays powered by the advanced and unique Tigo TS4 junction boxes can generate more energy. The additional Tigo TS4-A-O device simply clips onto the module to improve performance, provide advanced safety, and deliver live data and diagnostics at module level.
It is an ideal solution for photovoltaic systems affected by shading issues, unequal string lengths, mixed orientations, or other mismatch conditions.
