Product Returns
Please complete the following form to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Customer rights due to defects:
- The supplier is obliged to deliver products free from manufacturing or material defects. The deadline for raising claims due to defects is one month from the delivery of the products.
- If the manufacturer’s operating and maintenance instructions are not followed, if modifications are made to the products, if parts are replaced, or if consumables that do not meet the specifications of the genuine ones are used, then claims for product defects are forfeited, unless the customer proves that the defect is unrelated to any of the above.
- In the event of a defect, the supplier reserves the right to choose between replacement or repair of the product.
- The warranties covering each product are stated in the offer or in the warranty leaflets of the product’s manufacturer, and any claims for defective products within the warranty period are the responsibility of the product manufacturer and not the supplier.
- The replacement of any defective products within the warranty period does not include transportation costs, which are borne by the customer, unless otherwise stated in the product manufacturer’s warranty. The supplier or manufacturer is not liable for normal wear and tear of the product.
- The customer is obliged to thoroughly inspect the products within one month of their delivery and to inform the supplier in writing of any defects.
- Only the contracting customer retains claims against the supplier due to defects. These claims cannot be assigned to third parties to whom the customer may transfer the products.
