36% performance improvement in a PV installation using Tigo energy optimizers
The comparison of energy production from a residential photovoltaic (PV) system with and without Tigo Energy optimizers showed an average increase in energy production of more than 36% for the period from August to January.
A detailed analysis of the results demonstrates that the performance improvement is due to the optimization of PV string performance, particularly in strings containing PV modules with different orientations and those affected by shading.
