Our proposal
General description of an outdoor medium-voltage substation
- The kiosk is specially designed to house electrical equipment with an oil-immersed transformer, a medium-voltage switchgear (including a utility grid incoming/outgoing panel, a metering panel, and a transformer protection/interconnection panel), as well as low-voltage switchgear panels.
- The roof structure must ensure complete waterproofing of the kiosk. It is installed on an existing concrete base, to which it is anchored using bolts.
- The kiosk features a steel frame that is properly dimensioned to safely withstand all loads during transportation.
- It is externally clad with polyurethane sandwich panels, and the roof is made of trapezoidal polyurethane sandwich panels, ensuring maximum thermal insulation.
- Transport is carried out by lifting from fixed points designed to bear all loads.
- The substation is suitable for outdoor installation on a reinforced concrete base with appropriate infrastructure for cable entry and exit.
- The structure will be delivered complete and ready to receive incoming and outgoing cables, and it will be coated with oven-baked epoxy powder electrostatic paint.
