Payment Methods
You can pay for your order in 3 ways.
- Cash on delivery via courier (Athens only)
- Online payment with debit or credit card VISA, MASTERCARD, MAESTRO
You can use your credit card or prepaid card in the secure environment of Piraeus Bank.
- Bank deposit. You can deposit the payment for your orders into one of the following accounts:

After depositing the funds, please contact the accounting department by sending an email to notify them that the deposit has been made.
And always after telephone communication at: 210-3629581 or via fax at: 210 3630647.
ORDER CANCELLATION
For any cancellation of an order (in whole or in part), you must send an e-mail to [email protected]. This option is available until the moment we inform you that your order has been invoiced. After this point in time, cancellation is not possible.

- You can place your order by phone at 210-3629581 on working days, 10:30 – 17:30.
Online Payment Security
All payments made using a card are processed through the Piraeus Bank electronic payments platform ePOS Paycenter, which uses TLS 1.2 encryption with a 128-bit encryption protocol (Secure Sockets Layer – SSL). Encryption is a method of encoding information until it reaches its intended recipient, who is then able to decode it using the appropriate key.
