As of Tuesday 02\/05\/2023, the application submission platform for the \u201cSolar Panels on the Roof\u201d program has opened.<\/strong><\/h4>\n<\/blockquote>\n

According to the official decision, the application submission start date is set for May 2, 2023. Beneficiaries who wish to participate in the program must submit a financing application exclusively through the appropriate online platform of DEDDIE via its web portal. https:\/\/pvstegi.gov.gr<\/a><\/strong>.<\/p>\n

In its relevant announcement, the Ministry of Environment and Energy (YPEN) states:<\/strong><\/p>\n

\u201cThe ability of thousands of households and farmers to produce the electricity they need and save money is made possible through the \u2018Photovoltaics on the Roof\u2019 program (Government Gazette 2903\/B\/02-05-2023), with a total budget of \u20ac238 million, the platform of which will be available from 14:00 onwards today, Tuesday 2 May.\u201d<\/strong><\/h4>\n

 <\/p>\n<\/div>\n

Eligible beneficiaries of the Program are households and farmers, who will be able to install their own small photovoltaic system, in combination with an energy storage system (battery).<\/strong> The subsidy for the photovoltaic system starts from 45% and reaches up to 75% for households. The corresponding percentages for farmers range from 40% to 60%, while the total subsidy for a photovoltaic system with a battery can reach up to \u20ac16,000 for households and \u20ac10,000 for farmers. <\/p>\n

At the same time, a special <\/strong>10% <\/strong>bonus <\/strong>is provided for people with disabilities, spouses and dependents of people with disabilities, as well as single-parent, three-child, and large families.<\/p>\n

The submission of applications, as well as their approval, is carried out immediately, quickly, and automatically,<\/strong> without inconvenience or complex bureaucracy, through the HEDNO electronic platform and the use of TAXISNET credentials.
The application system will remain open until available funds are exhausted, with a final deadline of the end of June 2024.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Each natural person may submit only one application, for a single residence, either primary or secondary,<\/strong> which has an active household electricity supply.
Farmers may submit more than one application, depending on the number of agricultural electricity supply connections they have, as well as one application for their residence. <\/p>\n

The total budget of the Program is \u20ac238 million, derived from resources of the Recovery and Resilience Facility, and is allocated as follows: <\/p>\n
